This third house in a row was again certified as a Zero Energy Ready Home. Distinctive aesthetic touches include a large pegboard in the mudroom, a three-sided gas fireplace, and a curbless shower with continuous glass penny-tile floor in the primary bathroom.

The house completes a row of three different homes, which share a similar regional style, fitting in with the neighborhood surrounding them. All of the houses have a green building certification and are high performance in terms of energy consumption.
